3. How We Use Data
MyEduNest uses information to provide and maintain school workflows, including sign-in, role-based access, attendance, homework, announcements, fees, results, PTM, transport, and school administration.
5. Security
MyEduNest uses practical security measures, including authenticated API access, secure tokens where available, and role-based access controls. Users should keep passwords private and report suspicious account activity to their school administrator.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of personal information through your school administrator. Academic, fee, safety, legal, or administrative records may need to be retained.

7. Children's Data

9. Subscription Pricing and Revision Terms
Subscription plans, promotional rates, per-student monthly fees, and custom app setup packages are introductory offers and do not constitute a permanent or lifetime price lock guarantee.
MyEduNest may modify subscription rates, cloud storage limits, and module fee structures for future billing cycles with standard advance notice to the subscriber institution. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated fee structure.
